Procurement
	STI recognizes that the key factor for our customers is quality equipment at a competitive price. Our procurement department globally sources components and materials that are used in the manufacture of our technology. We have developed an extensive data base of manufacturers and suppliers for a wide variety of materials and components. These range in scope from pressure parts for our bagasse fired boilers to the provision of specialist materials for the local fabrication of ourequipment.

Manufacturing
	STI uses a small number of strategically located quality engineering workshops. We are able to supply first class engineered products at competitive prices. Our suppliers are ASME and ISO 9002 rated. We employ the services of Third Party Inspectors and where required, fabricate to relevant codes such as ASME or British Standard. This service is backed up by experienced engineers who fully understand the importance of having the right material and equipment in a timely manner. STI is able to respond quickly to specific client requirements especially to customers experiencing accessibility and logistic problems in their operations. In conjunction with our centralized shipping and logistics provider, we are able to effect global delivery of equipment and parts. Technical Advisory Services are provided to customers who require engineering surveys, advice on plant maintenance and support for their operations staff.

Engineering
	Our engineering design, commissioning and on site management/supervision services are supported by experienced sugar factory engineers and technologists. Full automation/control and instrumentation engineering compliment our unit equipment supply.

Project Management
	Project Management encompasses all facets of our company's activities. Given the ever increasing capabilities of local fabricators, together with our global equipment supplies and logistics, this service becomes a key element in the overall scheduling and timely completion of a successful project. All contracts are managed in this way, ensuring a single communication link between ourselves and our client.
